Senior Technician | Adriaan, a graduate of our apprenticeship development program, it didn’t take long to see he had what it takes. He’s cool-headed, highly capable, and a natural problem-solver. Fun fact—he was on the winning team of the national Bridge Engineering Competition. These days, he’s one of the go-to guys for complex installations and project builds.

Apprentice Development Program

Every year we give 3 school graduates the opportunity to learn with our team and become apprentice technicians. The candidates must pass a series of practical and theoretical tests challenging their skills set.

We have a training program covering the full range of skills (including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and software) required to be independent in the field and service our clients.

We have partnered with Durnacol Skills Hub to assist our apprentice technicians to obtain a recognized trade.

We aim to develop a pipeline of qualified technicians to enable us to continuously improve our capacity to service our clients.
